Advice to Swimmers on Day:

Course:

Will be advised on the day, as we will be experiencing slightly different tidal conditions from past years, however the general style of course will be similar. 

Running Sheet:

Open swimmers will advance to Start Line upon instructions from Race  marshal, and then next Age group will be called up in 5 minute intervals to start their event.

If you have doubts about your ability to complete the course please reconsider entering the water. If you do reconsider then please advise the nearest Swim Official, to sign off and return your transponder

The Sorrento Swim is a chance to test yourself on a challenging open water course, I hope that you have benefited from all the  preparation and training for this swim, so good luck and enjoy yourselves.
